My friend Amy is an Animal Acupressurist. She doesn’t have to get up before 9am, she makes double what I do as a Store Manager and she works when she feels like it. She has a new BMW X3 and she still has a social life, unlike me. Amy has the time and the money to spend quality time with her family, go on regular holidays abroad and take part in her weekly hobbies.
The best part is… Amy is doing what she wants to do in life. She adores her job, getting to spend time with animals, and meeting new people. She has an amazing feeling of job satisfaction because she simply makes animals feel better! She solves behavioural problems and relieves pain, she cures allergies and improves vitality and she carries this over to her own two horses, her border collie and even her daughter’s cat!
Sitting together over an afternoon cup of coffee, a moment of snatched time for me, and another run-of-the-mill day for her, she explained what Acupressure is and why I struggle so hard to deal with life’s mundane chores.
“You are working too hard in a job that you don’t really enjoy, and by putting all that pressure on yourself you are never really free to enjoy the spare time that you do have.”
She made me realise that no matter how hard or fast I work I am never really going to make enough time or money for myself to really enjoy unless I changed something.
She hit the nail on the head, I didn’t really enjoy my job, I just knew that I was good at it. That wasn’t enough; I had come as far as I could in terms of progression and I was working so hard in a job that was cutting me off from my friends and even my partner because I was always too tired to go out or I had to catch up with the washing!
I love animals. I have owned and cared for animals all of my life, from goats to goldfish, hamsters to horses. Then and there I decided that I would train to be an animal therapist.
I want:
-
• The flexible hours,
-
• The new car,
-
• Job satisfaction, but most of all …
• To earn twice as much money whilst doing half the work that I do now.
I got in touch with an Equine Touch Practitioner in the States who also teaches High Touch Jin Shin for animals and she agreed to come to the UK to teach a select few to become Animal Acupressure Practitioners.
I took a weeks holiday for the 27th-30th March 2009 and am counting down the days with baited breath! I am so excited to know that for the first time in 28 years I finally know what I want to do with my life and that I will eventually have the time and the money to really make the most of it.
I know you’re thinking the same thing I did so if you want to take a chance to change your career and free up your time you can join me in March. But act fast as there are only a few places left. Just email info@k9equinetherapy.co.uk , ring me on 01495 271369 / 07507032768 or visit www.k9equinetherapy.co.uk to find out for yourself.

What if you could cure your pet of sickness without paying a vet?
Used safely in conjuction with medication & other treatments
Cumulative effect, the more you do it the better the results
Strengthens the bond between humans and animals
Here’s more… High Touch Jin Shin is perfect for use on animals as their body ‘tells’ the practitioner what is wrong through a certain sequence of pulses. The pulses work almost like ‘morse code’ so even if your pet can’t speak his body can! Treatment will then begin on the blockages by stimulating certain ‘meridians’ and ‘safety energy locks’ which in turn will kick-start the body’s own natural healing system.
Relieve muscle spasms
Build the immune system
Benefit chronic health issues
Strengthen muscles, tendons, joints, and bones
Balance energy to optimize the body’s natural ability to heal
Reduce swelling and inflammation
Release endorphins necessary to increase energy or relieve pain
Tackle underlying emotional issues.
Resolve injuries by increasing the blood supply and removing toxins
High Touch Jin Shin is easy to use and quick to learn. It is also virtually unheard of in this country so clearly, it is a unique art to learn. The more you understand the power of acupressure, the more you will want to apply it. Discovering the astonishing results for yourself and feeling the warm glow that comes with helping animals to get well again.
